Agreement where we only bill clients if one of our candidates is hired. We do provide a 90 day guarantee with each candidate hired. In most cases, we also offer a discount if the invoice is paid within 10 business days.
Recommended to clients who have multiple needs or a high priority position to fill within a relatively short time frame and need an aggressive recruitment plan. Half of the fee will be due upfront and half will be due upon completion.
